Aaliyah’s journey in early childhood education began during her high school years, where she took the initiative to enroll in the Early Childhood Professional Certificate (ECPC) and Child Development Associate (CDA) programs. These early steps laid a solid foundation for her career, providing her with invaluable hands-on training and practical experience under the guidance of dedicated mentors. Graduating in 2020 from CTC and high school during a particularly challenging time, Aaliyah demonstrated resilience and determination, qualities that continue to drive her in her professional life. With nearly four years of experience working with children, Aaliyah has honed her ability to create nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments. She understands the importance of fostering each child’s unique strengths and potential, and she is committed to helping them grow emotionally, socially, and academically.
