Diane Reardon

Assistance Director

Diane Reardon is the Assistant Director for Stars Academy, bringing with her a wealth of experience and passion for early childhood education. Having recently joined the Stars Academy family, Diane is eager to embark on this new journey, filled with enthusiasm for the opportunity to have an impact on the lives of young learners. Her love for childcare is deeply rooted in her joy of witnessing the wonder on a child's face when they finally grasp a concept they’ve been struggling with, knowing that she, along with her fellow caregivers, is helping shape the future. With 35 years of experience in childcare, Diane’s dedication to education is evident in her extensive background. She earned her associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Rasmussen University, which laid the foundation for her teaching career. However, Diane’s desire to make an even greater impact led her to pursue her director’s credential from the College of Central Florida, allowing her to take on a leadership role in the field she loves. Outside of her professional life, Diane cherishes time spent with her wonderful husband, Douglas, her beautiful 4-year-old granddaughter, and her children. The family enjoys beach outings, camping adventures, and playing games together at home. Diane also has a passion for baking, often experimenting with different designs for cakes and cupcakes, bringing creativity and joy to her family and friends through her culinary talents. Diane’s blend of experience, education, and heartfelt passion makes her an invaluable leader at Stars Academy, where she is committed to fostering a nurturing and inspiring environment for both the children and staff.
